Reviews are held on a yearly basis and have two main objectives:
to evaluate the service that was provided throughout the previous months with the aim of examining the effectiveness of the service as well as the client's satisfaction;
to re-assess the person's needs with the client, and thus plan with them the service strategy for the following months.
Reviews are planned and coordinated by the Residential Social Worker together with the Residential Leader or the Professional Support Worker and are usually held within the client's residence. The presence and participation of the client in such reviews is considered paramount. The client is also free to identify any significant others who they may wish to invite to attend and contribute.
