ISS

The International Social Service (ISS) is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 1924. It provides assistance in resolving international child protection cases. The ISS is organised as a global network of over 120 countries which assist children and families confronted with complex social problems as a result of migration. FSWS is a member of the ISS network and is also represented on the Governing Board by the CEO Alfred Grixti.

ISAM

The International Society of Addiction Medicine (ISAM) is an international collaboration of Addiction Medicine specialists and/or generalist clinicians that aim to support, improve and sustain evidence-based education, research, and policy-driven activities in the prevention and treatment of illicit and licit substance use and behavioural use disorders. The 2022 Annual ISAM Conference will be held in Valletta, Malta.

ESN

European Social Network (ESN) is a network of over 150 member organisations in over 30 countries which brings together people who plan, manage, design, deliver and regulate social services in public authorities across Europe. ESN’s mission is to advance the exchange of knowledge in public social services in partnership with health, education, housing, employment, and social inclusion to benefit people and communities through improved policy and practice. FSWS is a member on the Board of Trustees and maintains an excellent working relationship with these international partners in cross-border issues.
