Child Protection Services

The Directorate for the Child Protection Services is a newly established entity, nested under the Foundation for Social Welfare Services

Court Services

In situations deemed appropriate by the Judge of the Family Court, a social worker is appointed to prepare a court report.

Mandatory Reporting

Child Protection Services deal with cases of abuse and severe neglect of children, and when a child seems to be suffering from, or is at risk of, significant harm.
