Reviews are held regularly and have two main objectives:
- to evaluate the service that was provided throughout the previous months with the aim of examining the effectiveness of the service as well as the client's satisfaction;
- to re-assess the person's needs with the client, and thus plan with them the service strategy for the following months.
Reviews are planned and coordinated by the Community Services Leader or a Professional Support Worker, and by a Social Worker responsible for Community Service users, although clients choose the location for such a meeting. The presence and participation of the client in such reviews is considered paramount. The client is also free to identify any significant others who they may wish to invite to attend and contribute.
