The role of the FSWS Finance Department is the monitoring and management of the matter of the finances of the entire FSWS group and its entities. The primary duties include:
Updating books of accounts; Department;
Internal controls;
Payments to creditors;
Payroll;
Issuing invoices to our service users;
Dealing with issues from administration departments in other agencies;
Producing monthly management accounts and other reports as required by MFIN;
creating yearly budgets and projections as required by MFIN and based on these figures the MFIN then determines the amount of funding needed by the FSWS;
Liaising with external auditors to complete the yearly statutory audit.
