The role of the FSWS Finance D​epartment is the monitoring and management of the matter of the finances of the entire FSWS group and its entities. The primary duties include: 

  • Updating books of accounts;  Department; 
  • Internal controls; 
  • Payments to creditors; 
  • Payroll; 
  • Issuing invoices to our service users; 
  • Dealing with issues from administration departments in other agencies; 
  • Producing monthly management accounts and other reports as required by MFIN; 
  • creating yearly budgets and projections as required by MFIN and based on these figures the MFIN then determines the amount of funding needed by the FSWS;
  • Liaising with external auditors to complete the yearly statutory audit.
