The Parenting Team consists of highly trained parenting coaches specialising in the Incredible Years® Parent and Children Programmes. These evidence-based prevention and treatment programs address behavioural challenges in children and parenting difficulties, promoting healthier family dynamics.

The Incredible Years® programs include the following:

  1. Child Dina Programme
    • A treatment group program for children aged 4 to 8, focusing on self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
  2. Baby Parenting Programme
    • A group-based program for parents expecting a child or those with children aged 0 to 1.
  3. Pre-School Parenting Programme
    • A group-based program for parents of children aged 2 to 4.
  4. School-Age Parenting Programme
    • A group-based program for parents of children aged 5 to 11.

By empowering parents and children, the Parenting Services aim to build resilient families and supportive communities.
