The 26th of March, 2025, marks the official launch of the Second Chance: Empowering First-Time Offenders in Malta.
This transformative initiative, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), takes a holistic approach to support first-time youth offenders.
It focuses upon outreach and prevention, specialised focused intervention, active inclusion and augmented collaboration.
